This initiative enables educators to refine their instructional abilities, allowing them to supplement their core certifications with specialized qualifications endorsed by the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).
Educators can pursue Additional Qualification Courses (AQ Courses) to expand their expertise in specific teaching levels or subjects, while Additional Basic Qualification (ABQ) courses deepen understanding of curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation within particular educational divisions.
