The Department of History provides Master of Arts programs (both thesis and non-thesis options) in History. Depending on faculty availability, students can complete their studies in either English or French.
Graduate students conduct research across various fields aligned with faculty specializations. A cooperative education option is available for master's candidates.
The Department collaborates with Women's Studies and Medieval and Renaissance Studies programs at the graduate level, enabling students to focus their studies in these interdisciplinary fields.
