The international management specialization equips students with skills to tackle unique challenges in global business while enhancing their strategic decision-making capabilities. This program allows participants to deepen their expertise in specific aspects of international management.
Required coursework explores the worldwide business landscape, covering fundamental principles, international organizational structures, and how multinational companies formulate and execute policies and strategies. It's important to highlight that these topics are analyzed through the lens of Canadian businesses. Additionally, learners can start acquiring proficiency in a third language (beyond English and French).
Those pursuing the International Management specialization need to fulfill a minimum of 12 units from their 120-unit degree through study abroad programs at one of the Telfer School of Management's global partner universities.
