The Master of Science in Business Administration program aims to develop business experts equipped with specialized research capabilities and in-depth expertise in fields such as accounting, finance, HR management, organizational behavior, marketing, operations management, and international business.
These graduates address an increasing demand across Northern British Columbia and other regions for professional competencies in launching, growing, and operating sustainable business ventures that foster economic development in northern communities and nationwide. The program attracts students from diverse academic backgrounds, including business studies, resource management, mathematics, and social sciences.
Unlike the course-focused MBA, the MSc is a research-oriented degree requiring a thesis. Typically, students complete the MSc in Business Administration within a two-year timeframe.
The MSc BA program generally takes two years to finish (requiring 30 credit hours)
