The Master of Arts in Leadership program provides two core curriculum themes: Transformational Servant Leadership and Values-Based Leadership. This graduate program cultivates developing leaders through our Competency Model, preparing them to be capable, ethical servant-leaders in today's complex world.

Students can choose specializations in Business, Education, Health Care, or a General track, along with various certificate options, allowing professionals to incorporate leadership principles into their specific fields.

The culminating Leadership Integration Project (LIP) is a guided, practical application of the leadership competency model that all students undertake. This capstone enhances leadership abilities and influence across the five key sectors emphasized in the MA Lead program. Those pursuing the Thesis Track must apply separately, focusing on comprehensive research - from problem identification and study design to data gathering, analysis, and final reporting.

TWU's Business specialization within the MA in Leadership presents an approach centered on people, collaboration, and achieving tangible outcomes. This concentration prepares business professionals to navigate evolving challenges and shifting priorities in the corporate landscape.
