This program encompasses nearly all eras, perspectives, and regions. Select from numerous topics, such as Indigenous Canadian heritage, medieval European women's roles, legal evolution, or transnational examinations of religion, racial dynamics, and economic systems.
Our instructors employ diverse teaching approaches—you'll have freedom to pursue your academic passions through elective courses and self-directed projects. The department provides focused classes on legal history, criminal justice, and penal systems.
To earn a Bachelor of Arts with a Joint Major in History and Women's Studies requires completing at least 120 credit hours.
