Earth sciences explore our planet's history and life forms, particularly as preserved in rock formations. The Earth Sciences Department equips students with both theoretical knowledge and technical skills to address challenges in resource extraction, mineral processing, and environmental conservation. This 90-credit, three-year general program provides foundational earth science education paired with focused coursework in a secondary subject. While not designed for aspiring geoscience professionals, this program serves as excellent preparation for students aiming to pursue a Bachelor of Education degree.
