The University of Manitoba's Civil Engineering program holds the distinction of being Western Canada's first engineering program. Our fully accredited undergraduate degree ensures all graduates meet the requirements to practice as professional engineers across Canada. Students can enhance their education through a co-op option, gaining valuable work experience before completing their studies. Upon graduation, civil engineering students meet the academic criteria to register as Engineers-in-Training with Canadian licensing boards.
