The collapse of the Soviet Union transformed Central and Eastern Europe's social, political, and economic landscape.
Our multidisciplinary program examines the profound societal and cultural shifts in Central and East European nations that have captured global focus. Learners will explore regional literature, film, languages and traditions, nation-building and democratic transitions, economic privatization, emerging market systems, and additional topics.
