The explosion of biological data available to researchers, policymakers, and businesses presents significant challenges in organizing, analyzing, and deriving meaningful conclusions. The M.Sc. program typically spans six semesters, focusing on thesis research and writing. This advanced curriculum strengthens research capabilities and scientific communication in bioinformatics. Students complete four courses and can begin their studies in any academic term. Additionally, this M.Sc. program partners with the University of Guelph's Collaborative Specialization in Artificial Intelligence (CSAI) for M.Sc./M.A.Sc. students.
