The European Studies program prepares students for careers in International Relations, particularly focusing on International Business and Administration involving Canada and Europe. This program blends language studies with specialized courses in European philosophy, literature, history, and allows students to specialize in either European Business or European Culture and Civilization.
To complete the European Studies major, students must demonstrate fluency in one of these languages: French, German, Italian, or Spanish. Students are strongly encouraged to spend their third year abroad at a European university in a country where their chosen language is spoken. This immersive experience offers significant academic and personal growth opportunities.
