The Theatre program blends performance studies with hands-on creative training to equip graduates with a versatile, well-rounded theatrical education. Students develop comprehensive knowledge of performance history and theory while mastering practical, technical, and collaborative theater skills. During the initial two years, learners explore four core disciplines: theater studies, acting and performance, technical theater and design, and creative practice. Our curriculum merges theoretical knowledge with practical application, with additional opportunities to apply these skills through active involvement in stage productions. In the final two years, students hone their artistic vision and scholarly focus through independent research and performance projects, while enhancing their analytical abilities to assess various theatrical styles, movements, productions, and scripts. Advanced courses in acting, playwriting, design, devised theater, and directing provide specialized training in sophisticated techniques, along with chances to implement, contrast, and assess different creative methodologies.
