Select either a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts to tailor your degree to your professional aspirations. Enhance your expertise in calculus, discrete mathematics, algebra, and other advanced subjects while developing a thorough grasp of mathematical concepts. Alongside your core math curriculum, you'll broaden your intellectual horizons through studies in complementary fields. During your initial two years, you'll establish a strong foundation in fundamental mathematical principles. As you progress, you'll expand your knowledge with higher-level courses covering vector calculus, complex variables, applied algebraic systems, and beyond. In your final year, you'll investigate specialized mathematical areas aligned with your interests and refine your analytical skills through customizable upper-level mathematics and statistics electives.
Applicants must have a B.C. secondary school graduation or equivalent, or completion of nine university-level credits with a minimum GPA of 2.00 in all university courses attempted.
