This degree focuses on solving engineering challenges to protect and restore ecosystems. You'll gain expertise in waste processing, resource recovery, and combating air/water contamination while learning techniques for environmental remediation.
Throughout your studies, you'll learn to address environmental concerns at all levels - from local site remediation and regional compliance to global impact assessments that shape environmental policies. The curriculum covers policy creation, engineering design, sustainable construction practices, and other key areas.
The program blends theoretical knowledge with practical experience through lab work, collaborative projects, and community partnerships. In your upper years, you'll work on real-world initiatives with local organizations. Annual design courses help bridge theory and practice, preparing you for a successful career in environmental engineering.
Graduation from a university-preparatory program at a senior secondary school: Higher Secondary School Certificate awarded on completion of Standard XII. Certificates must be official. Photocopies are acceptable if certified by school principal, head, or counsellor. Notarized copies are not acceptable.
