Qualification Requirements

Applicants are required to submit the following:

Unofficial transcripts of all academic work in progress or completed at all post-secondary institutions attended.

Degree certificates must accompany transcripts that do not clearly indicate that a degree has been awarded/conferred/granted, and the date on which the degree was conferred.

The School of Dentistry requires a 4-year undergraduate degree, in any discipline, with a minimum admission GPA of 3.0 on the 4-point scale from the University of Alberta, or an equivalent qualification and standing from a recognized institution. A satisfactory score on an approved English language examination as described below.

TOEFL (internet-based) minimum score of 95 with at least 21 per section

IELTS (Academic) minimum score of 7.5 with at least 6.5 on each band
