The Master's in Agriculture program caters to professionals in early and mid-career stages, offering specialization in two key disciplines: agricultural economics (covering food policy, consumption patterns, and environmental sustainability) or rural/environmental sociology (examining social movements, risk assessment, and Indigenous studies). Agricultural economics applies economic principles to food systems and production, while resource economics analyzes natural resource management for sustainable development. Both fields substantially address environmental challenges. REES research encompasses environmental economics, food market regulations, agribusiness management, global agricultural trade, and development economics.
