This involves identifying consumer needs, then developing, delivering, and communicating solutions to meet those needs. Marketing research can explore market dynamics from a socioeconomic perspective or investigate how different types of consumers (individuals or organizations) react to supplier marketing initiatives. These studies raise important considerations about optimizing marketing operations to benefit both providers and society.
