The curriculum covers subjects from food chemistry and microbiology to agricultural economics and management, equipping you with both scientific knowledge and business acumen for careers in food and grocery industries. Our BSc in Agricultural Food Business Management enables dual study of food science and business, preparing graduates for diverse roles in the agri-food field. Offered collaboratively by the Faculty of Agricultural, Life & Environmental Sciences and the Alberta School of Business, this program includes the option to join the Alberta School of Business Co-op Program.
