Cultivate values-driven leadership approaches
Establish yourself as a leadership authority within educational environments
Advance your career qualifications for potential salary advancement

The MA in Leadership program features two core curriculum frameworks – Transformational Servant Leadership and Values-Based Leadership. Our curriculum cultivates future leaders through the Competency Model, preparing them as capable, ethical leaders for modern challenges. With concentrations available in Business, Education, Healthcare, General studies, and various certificate programs, you can tailor leadership training to your specific professional domain.

The culminating experience is a structured Leadership Integration Project (LIP) that implements the leadership competency model as a degree requirement. This initiative strengthens leadership abilities and influence across the five key sectors emphasized in the MA Lead program. Those pursuing the Thesis Track must apply separately, focusing on comprehensive research processes—from problem identification and study design to data gathering, analysis, and final presentation of results.
