This practical, career-focused program equips students with the expertise to practice kinesiology (the science of human motion). You'll gain skills in designing personalized exercise regimens and evaluating movement mechanics for diverse populations. Trent's Kinesiology program emphasizes real-world application – both in laboratory settings and community environments – working with clients ranging from elite athletes to older adults. Upon completion, graduates will possess the necessary qualifications to seek registration as professional kinesiologists (R.Kin.).
