Trent's innovative Sustainable Agriculture & Food Systems (SAFS) program prepares students to tackle the increasing global need for nutritious, accessible, and eco-friendly food solutions. Enrolled in this program, you'll gain comprehensive knowledge about food systems - from cultivation and supply chains to consumption patterns, both locally and internationally. Whether pursuing a B.A. or B.Sc., you'll engage in practical experiences with sustainable farming and ethical methodologies, especially at the Trent Experimental Farm, while acquiring skills to shape tomorrow's food systems to be equitable, productive, sustainable, and socially conscious.
