This geography program with a professional focus equips students with cutting-edge geographic information systems (GIS), cartography, and remote sensing technologies to analyze pressing global challenges like economic growth, urban expansion, inequality, healthcare access, and environmental shifts. Through practical lab sessions, a 350-hour professional placement, client-based research projects, domestic and international fieldwork, and study abroad options, graduates will develop the skills to deliver creative problem-solving approaches across diverse industries.
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with a minimum of six Grade 12 U or M courses including some program specific requirements.
English language requirements: IELTS: 6.5, TOEFL: 92-93 Internet-based, CAEL score of 70 and PTE score of 60, Cambridge English - 180 and above on C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency.
February 1 is the guaranteed consideration date for applications to all programs.
