The Nursing program equips students with the skills to deliver healthcare across diverse environments. Upon completion, graduates will practice nursing within professional boundaries set by Ontario's College of Nurses. Learners will develop competencies to care for individuals, families, and communities while demonstrating sound clinical judgment. The curriculum prepares students to take the NCLEX-RN examination, the national test required for Registered Nurse certification in Canada.
OSSD with 6 Grade 12 (U/M) courses including Grade 12 English (ENG4U) with a minimum of 65%, Chemistry (SCH4U) and Biology (SBI4U) with an overall average of 70% or better (with a minimum of 70% in both Chemistry and Biology) and Grade 12 Math (U) or (C) is required for admissions.
OR St. Clair College or Lambton College Pre-Health Sciences Pathway to Advanced Diplomas and Degrees certificate.
