Chemistry explores the characteristics and changes of matter. You'll join a program recognized for innovative chemical and cross-disciplinary research, building a solid scientific base for future academic pursuits or professional paths in related areas. This Chemistry and Earth Sciences curriculum is a collaborative effort between the Chemistry Department and Earth Sciences Department.
Expand your knowledge of contemporary chemistry - Work alongside and develop critical thinking skills with researchers from various disciplines. Follow your scientific curiosity. Whether examining how valuable mineral deposits form, studying drought's environmental effects, or analyzing the origins of major earthquakes, you'll apply comprehensive scientific principles. Our interdisciplinary programs, with focuses on Environmental Geoscience and Geology, equip you with the expertise and practical abilities to address numerous pressing global challenges.
If you've completed, or are about to complete, your grade 12 or senior year in a Canadian, American, or international high school.
English Language minimum requirement:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS - Academic): Overall 6.5 with no part less than 6.0
Cambridge English Qualifications: Overall score 176 with no part less than 169

Duolingo English Test (DET): Overall score of 125
