Dance delves into the physical form's artistic potential through movement and expression. Your studies will encompass choreographic techniques and creative composition, blending practical studio work with academic learning. Over four years, you'll create and showcase your own performances.
The Dance degree is administered by the School for Contemporary Arts within the Faculty of Communication, Art and Technology, available exclusively at SFU's Vancouver location.
Simon Fraser University's School for the Contemporary Arts seeks candidates for a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair specializing in Indigenous Contemporary Arts. This tenure-track role targets emerging scholars (Assistant/Associate Professors or equivalently qualified individuals) with outstanding research achievements. Official International High school Transcripts required.Submit a transcript which includes grades for all courses completed and final grades for the first semester of Senior Year. Graduation from a university-preparatory program at a senior high school. International Baccalaureate IB Diploma is required. You must successfully complete the full IB Diploma, including at least 3 HL courses
