The curriculum immerses you in professional challenges such as designing meal plans, practicing proper food storage techniques, and overseeing supply systems via hands-on exercises and a 160-hour internship. You'll also cultivate essential supervisory abilities like team coordination, dispute mediation, and principled judgment, empowering you to excel in nutrition coordination or food service leadership positions.
