This program is delivered through Seneca's hybrid model, combining online coursework with mandatory in-person sessions. Certain courses follow Seneca's flexible format, utilizing cutting-edge technology to simultaneously teach students in physical classrooms and remotely. Flexible courses allow students to choose between attending on-campus or participating online.
A career in advertising blends creative vision with strategic thinking, merging storytelling with persuasion and artistic expression with commercial objectives. Over two years, this diploma program equips students with industry-ready skills through practical experience working with actual clients.
The curriculum follows a progressive structure taught by acclaimed professionals. The first semester covers advertising fundamentals and its relationship to broader branding and marketing concepts. Students then select one of two specialization tracks aligned with their career aspirations:
Creative track - develop core competencies for roles like art director, copywriter, designer, or content creator.
Business track - focus on marketing, branding, and account management for careers as account executives, project managers, or strategic planners.
