Modern industries rely heavily on electricity and electrical infrastructure to function effectively. This creates significant demand for qualified electrical professionals. Our Electrical programs enable students to earn three diplomas within just three years. By taking supplementary courses, students can potentially qualify for both the Instrumentation Technician diploma and the Electrical Engineering Technology diploma.

The 2-year Electrical Engineering Technician – Process Automation and Trades program equips you with fundamental skills and knowledge to thrive in the electrical trades profession.

Develop hands-on expertise with electrical motors, automated control systems, PLCs, transformers and their industrial uses. Upon completing the technician program, graduates will possess the skills to install, test, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain various electrical systems.

To be admissible to study full-time at the College, the equivalent of an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (see below) at the College preparation level or higher is needed.
