At Saint Mary's University, students can pursue a psychology major through either the Bachelor of Science (BSc) or Bachelor of Arts (BA) programs. While the psychology course requirements are identical for both degrees, the BA and BSc programs feature distinct mandatory and elective courses as specified in the university catalog.
Our program offers intimate class settings and dedicated faculty who prioritize student success, fostering an environment that values practical learning opportunities. Boasting one of the most popular programs on campus and a dynamic student organization, newcomers quickly integrate into the Saint Mary's community. The psychology department stands out as the foremost institution for Industrial/Organizational Psychology in Eastern Canada beyond Montreal and hosts some of the region's sole experts in Legal Psychology.
