The Master of Arts Leadership is a one-year (three-term) professional graduate program. During this intensive course of study, students take classes, complete an internship with a partner organization, and write a capstone project under faculty guidance. This culminating report addresses a subject related to the internship while applying concepts learned throughout the program. Alumni have launched successful careers with leading Canadian arts institutions. Our Graduate Diploma in Arts Management is a single-term (16-week) option that serves as both an independent credential and the initial phase of the three-term Master's program. The diploma curriculum includes five essential courses: Arts Marketing, Arts Fundraising, Human Resources in Arts Management, Creative Producing, and Financial Management for HRLR. Completers gain practical skills that prepare them for future leadership roles in arts administration.
