The Biomedical and Intelligent Systems team employs cutting-edge robotics, imaging technologies, and sensor systems along with diverse technological innovations to pioneer research in intelligent autonomous systems, medical teleoperation, virtual environments, biomechanics, and biorobotics.

Their research initiatives are carried out both internally by group members and through partnerships with prominent national and international researchers and industry partners.
