Our Master's and doctoral programs cater to university graduates passionate about educational research and coursework. These programs cultivate leadership skills through critical analysis, academic investigation, and scholarly writing. Within our vibrant academic community that prioritizes continuous improvement, students explore significant research topics and share their discoveries with fellow scholars. The Ph.D. program requires full-time, on-campus commitment across four years with three annual terms. Maintaining intimate class sizes ensures personalized guidance and mentorship to foster both professional and personal growth. Each year, our student-led Graduate Symposium brings together presenters nationwide, offering publication prospects for all participants. While educators and school administrators frequently enroll, our programs also welcome professionals from diverse fields including healthcare, engineering, corporate sectors, social work, and armed forces - all seeking to enhance their research capabilities and leadership competencies in educational contexts.
