This 60-credit (20-course) post-baccalaureate diploma program spans two years and is designed for graduates holding bachelor's degrees in nursing, science, engineering, psychology, business, or management who aspire to enter the Health Analytics field. The curriculum provides comprehensive instruction in statistics and data science. The initial term establishes essential mathematical and statistical groundwork for advanced studies in health and data science. In following terms, students expand upon these core competencies, applying them across various domains. Although health-related applications feature prominently, the statistical, mathematical, and data science principles taught have broad applicability across multiple disciplines. Upon completion, graduates will be able to: Analyze healthcare systems globally, examining how historical, geographical, governmental, economic, and privacy law factors influence them; Assess and articulate data-analytic challenges with significant potential for organizational improvement; Comprehend pertinent health data regulations and standards; Process data and generate visualizations using diverse statistical and mathematical software tools; Implement statistical, mathematical, and machine learning methods to inform business decisions and uncover data-driven opportunities; Contribute to data science initiatives from planning through implementation, delivering actionable insights derived from analytical findings.
