The need for qualified, certified personal trainers is at an all-time high. Our Personal Trainer program equips students with practical experience and expert knowledge to build a successful career as a certified trainer. Participants will focus on specialized certifications and gain real-world experience through two supervised practicums in this expanding field. The program features targeted coursework designed to develop deep industry knowledge and exceptional personal training skills. Students with current certifications won't need to retake equivalent training. Combining theory and practice, the diploma includes university-transferable courses that explore human anatomy, physiology, and exercise adaptation. During practicums, students connect with fitness businesses, observe professionals, receive mentorship, and train actual clients - conducting assessments, designing programs, and leading sessions during a 10-week supervised placement.
