You'll explore the legal aspects of labor relations, human rights, and workplace safety. The curriculum teaches strategic recruitment techniques to support organizational objectives and prepares you for collective bargaining.
Throughout the program, you'll enhance your communication, IT, and negotiation skills while designing training programs that foster leadership and teamwork.
This program fulfills all nine HRPA Ontario core course requirements for the CHRP designation. To qualify, graduates must achieve at least 65% in each HRPA-mandated course with a 70% overall average.
