A hospitality career offers flexibility and creativity while providing daily opportunities to connect with diverse individuals.

NAIT's Hospitality Management program combines hands-on labs and classroom instruction to equip you with comprehensive business understanding and practical skills for the accommodations, food service, event planning, and tourism sectors. You'll enhance your leadership capabilities to advance toward higher-level management positions. This two-year program cultivates the essential competencies needed to thrive in the hospitality field.

The curriculum emphasizes service training for food and beverage operations, catering services, and front desk management, alongside core business studies. During your second year, you'll explore marketing strategies, financial administration, leadership development, and specialized operations in hotel, restaurant, and catering management.

Students experience an engaging blend of academic instruction, real-world case studies, industry tours, and professional networking. You'll gain insights into current hospitality trends and develop skills to excel in multicultural work environments.

Practical learning opportunities include training on industry-standard property management systems and service experience in Ernest's dining room, preparing you for modern workplace demands.
