As an Environmental Technician, you'll experience the diversity of fieldwork and laboratory environments, with opportunities across industries, government agencies, and conservation organizations. Your work may involve monitoring waste systems, recording ecological changes, and performing environmental site evaluations. Program Highlights Receive hands-on training across our 125-acre Daniel J. Patterson campus in Niagara-on-the-Lake and throughout the Niagara Region. Complete a 350-hour paid summer co-op placement for real-world experience. Earn valuable certifications: Drinking Water Operation Class 1 (OWWCO), OACETT accreditation, and CEPIT designation. Applicants must hold Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), or equivalent, including the following required courses:
