Medical Laboratory Assistants engage directly with patients and community members. You'll gain skills in specimen collection and preparation for testing, along with performing data entry and administrative tasks within the laboratory. Our training program provides hands-on experience in actual hospital lab environments. As New Brunswick's elderly population grows, there's rising demand for qualified Medical Laboratory Assistants skilled in blood collection and sample preparation for diagnostic procedures.
