The Bachelor of Business Administration with an Accounting Major equips graduates with extensive accounting knowledge and business competencies. This program readies students for accounting roles in both corporate and public sectors.
Mount Royal's accounting faculty, combining academic expertise with real-world experience, deliver foundational accounting courses to assist students aiming for the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) certification. Alternatively, learners may opt for a more diverse educational approach to enter the accounting field.
Graduates of this BBA-Accounting program qualify for immediate admission to the CPA Professional Education Program (PEP).
The curriculum also offers a Co-operative Education track.

High School Applicant: must present a minimum admission average of 65%, calculated on the five appropriate Grade 12 courses. Must also present the required courses and minimum grades listed below:

IELTS (International English Language Test — Academic): 6.5 (min. 5.5 on each band)
CAEL (Canadian Academic English Language Assessment): 70 (min. 60 in each band)
MET (Michigan English Test) (formerly Michigan English Language Assessment Battery MELAB): 62 (min. 53 in all four skills)
PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English Academic): 58 (min. 55 in each area)
