The General Management concentration offers the flexibility to specialize in various fields such as accounting, finance, marketing, social enterprise, and entrepreneurship.

As the first and only program of its kind in Atlantic Canada—and one of few nationwide—the MMgt is an innovative online course-based program. It covers essential management concepts applicable to individuals, teams, and organizations. Designed for professionals from diverse backgrounds, it caters to both current and aspiring managers across various sectors.

Exclusively available online, the Grenfell MMgt typically spans five consecutive fall and winter semesters. Students progress through a structured course sequence, taking two classes at a time, and must complete an introductory orientation module. Admission is competitive and primarily targets individuals without prior business or management education but who are in or pursuing managerial roles. Those with undergraduate degrees in business, commerce, or related fields may also qualify.
