The MSW: Critical Analysis of Social Work program aims to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills for critically evaluating social work, while exploring its connections to both practice and policy. Participants will cultivate: an understanding of how facts and values intertwine, how social issues are framed through both material and discursive lenses, and how solutions are conceptualized and executed the capability to utilize these analytical approaches in specialized areas and research endeavors the competence to transition from examining social welfare challenges to evaluating potential interventions and policy modifications.
This program culminates in a Master's degree and serves as excellent preparation for pursuing doctoral studies.
