The Master of Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization is a 12-month, course-focused graduate program designed to provide students with the expertise needed to translate biomedical science and core business concepts into practical applications within healthcare industries. This intensive full-time program features hands-on training through industry placements in healthcare, pharma, biotech, and consulting fields. Priority admission consideration goes to graduates of McMaster University's Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization program. Candidates from other institutions with equivalent backgrounds in biomedical research, commercialization, and business principles may also apply. This interdisciplinary program is jointly administered by the Department of Biochemistry and Biomedical Sciences and the DeGroote School of Business.
