Students in the Honours Biology Core program explore diverse topics spanning animal, plant, and microbial biology, along with ecology, evolution, molecular biology, and genetics. This adaptable program enables participants to select biology courses aligned with their personal interests or to cultivate an interdisciplinary perspective on biological sciences.
The curriculum foundation consists of core courses common to all Biology Honours specializations. Participants can tailor their studies by selecting biology electives that match their academic passions or by adopting a cross-disciplinary biological focus. Laboratory experience can be customized through course choices and available research projects.
International Baccalaureate - High school transcript with predicted and or final IB grades. Final IB diploma results must be submitted to be considered for advanced credit. International Secondary School - High School transcript with interim and or final grades. If you are attending an international school that offers multiple curricula eg American GCE IB please ask your school to specify the curriculum in which you are enrolled and ensure that appropriate documents are submitted.
