The Honors Biodiversity and Environmental Sciences program offers an adaptable, interdisciplinary approach combining these two disciplines. Students can tailor their coursework to explore personal interests while gaining comprehensive insights into the connections between biological and environmental systems, applying this knowledge to relevant biological or ecological challenges.
This curriculum equips graduates for advanced academic pursuits or professional opportunities in research institutions, governmental agencies, or private sector laboratories. Participating departments provide hands-on learning experiences through fieldwork and practical courses.
International Baccalaureate - High school transcript with predicted and or final IB grades. Final IB diploma results must be submitted to be considered for advanced credit. International Secondary School - High School transcript with interim and or final grades. If you are attending an international school that offers multiple curricula eg American GCE IB please ask your school to specify the curriculum in which you are enrolled and ensure that appropriate documents are submitted.
