Utilize industry-standard software like AutoCAD to produce engineering designs for land development and structures following regional regulations. The curriculum merges classroom teaching, practical fieldwork, and laboratory sessions in Loyalist's Building Sciences Lab. Develop proficiency in surveying, structural drafting, material testing, construction inspection, project coordination, and cost estimation. Enhance your skills through weekly on-site work during a semester-long field placement. The first year aligns with the Civil Engineering Technician program, facilitating seamless transfers.
