Pursue a Bachelor of Arts, Science, or Physical and Health Education while completing prerequisite courses for the Professional Year (5th year). Finish your studies one year faster than traditional consecutive teaching programs.
Select from available streams, including junior-intermediate (grades 4-10). Complete specialized coursework to qualify for teaching at intermediate and senior levels.
Students receive guidance from dedicated undergraduate advisors and program directors for academic planning and career development.
Acquire practical skills through three undergraduate field placements, plus an intensive "six-week Initial Placement" following fourth-year graduation. Placement opportunities may involve schools and community partners like Frontier College, YMCA, Better Beginnings Better Futures, Best Start Hubs, and the Learning Disabilities Association of Sudbury.
