The Internet and Web Technology Certificate program focuses on web development and computing, offering a strong base for e-business technical skills. No prior computing experience is needed to enroll in this course.
Students will acquire in-demand employer skills, such as procedural and object-oriented programming, shell scripting, and networking. The curriculum centers on current web programming techniques, tools, and frameworks, equipping graduates for entry-level roles like QA testers or IT Support Specialists.
When begun in the Fall, the program can be finished in three straight semesters. Starting in other terms may extend the completion time.
Students must have a BC Grade 12 Graduation (or equivalent).
