This program equips graduates for a dynamic career in Information Technology Infrastructure support and administration. Students gain highly sought-after business, technical, and interpersonal skills that boost employment prospects across various sectors. The curriculum emphasizes quick problem-solving through critical thinking approaches.
The program focuses on hands-on training to install, configure, and resolve issues with workstations, servers, networks, and cloud systems. Students work with operating systems, network infrastructure, database platforms, messaging solutions, and IoT technologies using industry-standard equipment. Graduates will build strong foundations to pursue professional certifications in operating systems, networking, and virtualization if desired. An optional co-op pathway includes one work term.

Qualification: Ontario College Diploma
Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent or 19 years of age or older with mature student status.
English Language Requirements:
