The Classical Studies curriculum offers diverse perspectives on Greek and Roman civilizations. Students examine historical events, literary works, philosophical ideas, archaeological discoveries, mythological traditions, and artistic expressions (encompassing architecture, sculpture, and painting) to gain insights applicable to other cultures and eras. Mastering Ancient Greek and Latin provides direct access to classical thought while establishing strong linguistic skills transferable to other languages.
