The Advanced Health Care Leadership Ontario College Graduate Certificate program emphasizes cultivating leadership skills tailored to meet healthcare demands, overseeing operations, and devising creative yet practical approaches to tackle intricate issues. Learners will implement professional leadership strategies while collaborating within interdisciplinary healthcare teams. High-achieving students may qualify for a competitive field placement in their final semester as an alternative to the Work-Integrated Learning Project. Those enrolled at Lambton in Toronto attend a public college and earn full academic credit from Lambton College for courses completed at Cestar College's Toronto campus. Graduates who fulfill all program requirements will receive their credential from Lambton College.
